Competition Rules

All designers selected during the auditions will be given a complete schedule of events that lead up to the fashion show.

Competition Kick-off
April 26, 2008

Elimination Day
June 28, 2008

Designers must design an original:

1) Business Suit
2) Recycled Concept
3) Sportswear Piece

The model for the business suit must be a size 12, 14 or 16. In addition to the suit design, there will be four other garments in their mini collection.

An elimination will occur and the designers who have completed the garments on time and have met all the requirements will be featured in the finale on August 17, 2008.

Designers selected for the show will have the chance to feature their mini collection to a panel of fashion industry judges and an audience of up to 700 people.

Designers must sketch and create their own designs.
All designers must be 18 years old. Prize subject to change.
